Hi,

I have a 2014 X1 35i M-sport and ten days ago I hit an unknown object on the freeway. (It was pouring down rain at 4:45 am. I was changing lanes behind a semi to exit and never saw the object or pothole(?).) Turns out it cracked the front rim and dented a rear rim!! So now my car has been sitting on a lift at a BMW dealership for more than a week and they are telling me they're still waiting for parts. Is this normal? I know the M-sport is special but this seems a little excessive.They generously gave me a 3-series loaner but I like mine so much better!!

Please help.
